The course provides three on-sight meals a day. Our Chef provides a delicious and nutritious lacto-vegetarian menu, which includes vegan and gluten free choices and organic produce. Meals include traditional Yogi Bhajan recipes like Beet Casserole and Kitchari along with the occasional treat like Apple Crisp, you won’t go hungry! Also, plenty of Yogi Tea is always available. Bring your own mug, preferably metal with a lid, and water bottle (also non-breakable and with a lid). Plates, bowls and utensils are provided. We take turns serving each other the daily meals, as well as washing each other’s dishes.“
