The course provides three on-sight meals a day. Our Chef provides a delicious and nutritious lacto-vegetarian menu, which includes vegan and gluten free choices and organic produce. Meals include traditional Yogi Bhajan recipes like Beet Casserole and Kitchari along with the occasional treat like Apple Crisp, you won’t go hungry! Also, plenty of Yogi Tea is always available.

There are meal trays that you may use while you are here or you can bring your own dishes plate/bowl. But please bring your own utensils (fork and spoon). Do not bring disposable plates and cups. We take turns serving each other the daily meals, and we all wash our own dishes and clean up after ourselves. You will help set up and break down the dish washing station before and after every meal.
