Trainer in Training Program

The Immersion Trainer in Training Program, fondly referred to as the TNT program, began in 2007 in Espanola. This program is an immersion into the experience of being a Teacher Trainer much as the Level One Immersion is an immersion into becoming a teacher. In this program each TNT has the opportunity to work personally with students in profound ways both during the program and afterwards. At every level of the Academy, Intern, Associate and Professional, the TNT is challenged and supported to grow in their individual goals towards competency and teaching skills.

How did this program begin? KRI had recognized that there was a growing need for Level One Programs and Level One Trainers in certain areas of the world(where no Trainers reside) and developed the Immersion TNT program to serve our global community of developing trainers. The program is an opportunity to form relationships and build community among TNTs from around the world. In the past three years TNTs have come to the program from India, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, Singapore, Japan, UK, US, Egypt, and Australia. This year we already have applicants from Malaysia, Germany, the UK, Mexico and the US.
