A Day in the Life of the
Immersion

The Immersion
Experience means
everyday —for 27
days. The daily
routine is filled
from beginning to
end; but there’s
also time built-in
for self-reflection,
lots of laughter,
and restoration.
The intensity of the schedule demanded all my attention—and that’s what I came here for!

|
Each Sunday morning
and Wednesday
afternoon is set
aside for free time:
hikes in the
surrounding
mountains, soaking
at Ojo Caliente,
spending an
afternoon in Santa
Fe, or simply
relaxing with
new-found friends
and making music on
the Ashram grounds.
