I’m thrilled by the challenge of taking on this new discipline, this way of life, the life of a yogi. For as long as I can remember, I’ve searched for a way to be more truly myself, more truly human; as a friend of mine said recently, Yogi Bhajan has given us the technology to be in the world but not of it. I’m so grateful for these teachings.

Some of the most helpful information came out of the experience of teaching in front of my peers. What a revelation! To sit in the Teacher’s seat and actually experience the Golden Chain—really helped to boost my confidence. I look forward to returning home and teaching.
