Onsite Check-In: Saturday, August 4th 10 am – 3pm Classroom (Langar Hall)
Orientation: August 4th 4 pm – 6 pm Classroom (Langar Hall)

The first official meal is dinner Saturday August 4th . A sack lunch will be provided that day also. Orientation and classes will begin on Saturday at 4 pm. Class ends on Aug. 30th and you may want to plan to leave after breakfast on Aug. 31st.

It takes about 2 hours to get from the Albuquerque Airport to the course in Española so schedule a flight that arrives before 12:00 Noon. Be sure to arrive in Española by 2 PM allowing yourself time to register and go to your residence before orientation at 4 PM.

Upon arrival please come Check-In at the Classroom (Langar Hall). Everyone is required to check-in onsite at registration prior to attending orientation at 4 pm. If you arrange housing through KRI, your accommodations will be available from the night of August 3 until the morning of September 31. 

 

 

 

 

 

Please bring the following information with you to registration:

• Your driver's license or another form of photo identification.

• A list of any prescription medications you may be taking.

• Your cell phone number.

• If driving, vehicle information including the year, make, model, color, license plate number and state.
